Is 1 Day Acuvue Moist Better than Focus Daily?

I'd like to ask the folks at Lens 101 if they'd mind helping me here. Which contact lenses do you like better? 1 Day Acuvue Moist or Focus Daily? Please explain your answers like you did in school.

I like Ciba Dailies with aqua comfort plus better than the 1-day acuvue moist which I tried first. I like the dailies aqua comfort plus which are said to be the "next generation focus dailies" better only because they are comfortable for the entire day for me. That said the reverse may be true for you! Everyone is different and the focus dailies as well as dailies aquacomfort plus have a larger base curve than the 1-day acuvuemoist. The focus dailies however are a smaller diameter than the other two mentioned brands so it all depends on the individual. You might like Levis jeans better than Wrangler brand jeans but that doesnt make one better than the other for everyone!

Thank you for your answer, petlover1. I understand that everyone's different, but it's nice to know how things work out for at least one person. If I can get three or four or five people saying the same thing, that increases the odds that I will also have the same experience as these others. To follow your example, if five of my friends all tell me that they like Levis better than Wrangler jeans, it's not a guarantee, but it certainly increases the odds that I'll like Levis, too.

i really would like to give my comparison on this its just that i haven't try the focus daily thing ..however i had read some reviews here and i fully take note of those..

Would you be willing to give Focus Dalies a try for the sake of the experiment? I can't give you a coupon or anything, but if you ask your eye doctor, he or she may give you a free trial pair. Do you think it's worth a try, er . . . trial?
