Default 1-Day Acuvue Moist For Occaisional Use

If you normally wear weekly or monthly contact lenses, would it be okay to wear daily disposable contacts like 1-Day Acuvue Moist if you want to go camping for the weekend or something and don't want to fuss with cleaning solutions and such?
