1-Day Acuvue contacts are soft contacts, as opposed to hard contacts. The hard contacts are also known as RGP or "rigid gas permeable" lenses. That leads me to believe that 1 day contacts are not so gas permeable and not as much oxygen gets through the lens to the eye. So is there a big difference in how much oxygen your eyes get with soft contacts as opposed to RGP contacts?
