Default Changing From Acuvue Advance to 1-Day Acuvue

If someone wants to go from wearing Acuvue Advance to a daily contact lens like 1-Day Acuvue, is that a big jump to make? Will it be hard to adapt?

I think the only thing you will have to remember is the slight change of routine.

Sounds rather pleasant, I just might have to give the disposeable lenses a try one of these days.

Not really. Your eyes would easily adapt to any changes as long as they are not that harmful, so best get an opinion from a doctor too.

Probably the hardest thing to get used to will be the idea of wearing a pair of contact lenses for one day and then throwing them away. You'll have to break the habit of sleeping in your contacts.

I even think that would only be the hardest part on the shifting.

What's new Alyssa? Did you ask your optometrist about your desire to try 1-Day Acuvue contact lenses? What were the results? Have you made the switch to daily disposables? Inquiring minds want to know.

How about you? Did you switch from an extended wear contact lens to 1-Day Acuvue?

Hopefully it won't take very long to take your contacts out at night and put them in again in the morning. I don't know what to suggest about the forgetful part. Does anyone have any suggestions on that?

Well, psimonk, it's been over a year since you posted this. We've got a new President of the United States, you know. The Steelers won the Superbowl and the Yankees won the World Series . . . again.

Now that you're up on current events, have you tried daily disposable contact lenses yet?
