Default do not wear

I believe that before wearing any particular contact lenses you have consulted an eye doctor..is it? anyone here in particular who have not done this? Im curious of those who wears lenses for fashion only and the likes..

In the United States and probably the entire civilized world it is illegal to sell contact lenses without seeing a doctor's prescription. Even the colored contact lenses without any corrective power need a prescription to make sure they fit properly.

I'm not sure about that. I mean our eyes are so sensitive that I doubt it if there would be anyone who would use something on their eyes that might be harmful without consulting a doctor.

that clear things out in my mind..since i was thinking of sunglasses that we can buy one with out any consultation..so i am curious on lenses too ..
