Is it possible to put your 1-Day Acuvue contacts in "wrong" so that you constantly feel the edges of them?

I don't think that's possible. However, human ingenuity never fails to amaze me.

When I first got mine, the lenses used to ride up into my eye lids, and were very difficult to re align them, so I guess you can put them in wrong!

Ouch, that doesn't sound like fun. I'm pondering whether I should try these or not.

When the lens rides up with your eyelid, does it scrape painfully against your cornea?

I think that you can put them in wrong. But you would know when you have it in your eye. Just take it out and retry. This will let you know if it was in wrong or if you just need to get use to it.

Hi towens,

I saw your post in my wanderings around this site and I just thought I'd be the first to say welcome to Lens 101. Do you wear 1-Day Acuvue contacts?

To summarize, I guess you CAN put these in wrong, but it doesn't seem to be a big deal if you do. Just take `em out and fix `em. Thank you for your time everybody.
