Wouldn't sleeping in Focus Dailies be over-wearing and thus, cause them to stick in your eyes? You basically just said "You don't have to worry about
contacts getting stuck if you over-wear your contacts. If they do get stuck, it's because you're over-wearing them."
It's best to take them out at night and put in a fresh pair in the morning.
