However, I can't help but notice that you said you'd wash your hands before using hand sanitizer . . . to wash your hands. I think one of those steps can be eliminated, and hand sanitizer would probably be good to have if you don't have any soap and/or water available, or if the water supply is questionable. It's alcohol so it will evaporate very quickly, leaving behind clean skin.
