When they would shift I would try to just move my eye up and down and left a right because my eye doctor says it helps to make sure they are in place, if they continue to still move I take them out and clean them.
But when I was in a hot climate area I would continue to put solution in and clean them but nothing worked once I stepped outside for a little. Horrible, I could not see a THING at night, and bright lights made it worse.
