A friend of mine wanted to resume wearing extended wear lenses after a hiatus of several years, so she had an exam and got the lenses. She started wearing them all the time, right away.

Don't the eyes have to adjust to the lenses again? It hought the sudden irritation would cause problems with her vision, but so far everything is fine.

Does your doctor still recommend building up to wearing these lenses all the time, or did the doctor tell you to start wearing them as long as you want?
