Maybe somebody was pulling my leg, but I heard of someone who apparently put their lenses in the first thing in the morning, and noticed that their vision was blurry. It took them a while to figure out what was wrong.

Apparently they hadn't taken their lenses out the night before. Do you think it's possible to not realize that you're putting a pair over top of another pair?
