Yes, that's fair. I think the handling would be OK when you take care, change the type of lens case and possibly the method of removing them from the eye. Very comfortable lens and also a very high Dk/t oxygen transmissibility.

The RGP lenses certainly give sharp vision (I have slight astigmatism, which is not corrected by the Biofinities), but the RGP design, even though non-toric can be tweaked to correct some astigmatism.

I hope/believe that the RGP lenses will become comfortable after a few weeks. My son wears them and says if he doesn't think about them, he doesn't feel them.
