I looked up that site and it seems that the price you quoted is what you'd wind up paying after a rebate. You still have to pay out of your pocket before they give you the rebate. They have pretty good prices there at MustHaveBestDeal.com, but you can't just pay them $17.44 and get two boxes of contact lenses.
Read the fine print, kids. There may be still other restrictions that I didn't see in my quick look.
