Well you are lucky if you can actually get them to specify AM or PM. In Ireland, the Cable TV Company where I used to live seemed to think you should take a whole day of work just so they can fix a problem, even if you have already diagnosed the fault to be external and then find they don't even appear on that day

I actually thought their Cable Company Customer Service guy was working for the Satellite Company competition and I was so frustrated with them that I terminated the contract and switched to the satellite alternative. Never looked back afterwards either!
