The contact lens discomfort problem for our family was not placing the Air Optix into the eye inside out. I even verified the correct placement of the contact lens via the Ciba website.

The bottom line is this "new and improved product" by Ciba vision is completely inferior to the original Focus Night and Day contacts. I have worn contacts for 30 years and this experience with the Air Optix lens has hands down been the worst experience I have encountered with an eye product. Ciba had a great product with the Focus Night and Day lens and they are driving customers and patients away with the Air Optix lens. I plan to educate my eye care specialist on my complete dissatisfaction with Air Optix brand.
