You know, I don't get this whole "sunglasses when it's not sunny" thing. When I commute to work in the morning, it seems that not a day goes by when I don't see somebody wearing sunglasses. It could be cloudy, raining or snowing and still, I think I see at least one person wearing sunglasses each day. Can someone please explain to me why they would wear sunglasses when it's not sunny?
