I have worn eyeliner on my inner lids, but finds it makes my eyes look smaller. I love how the makeup looks "finished" as someone else said, but now I don't wear it that way. My eyelids have become more saggy with age (almost 40!) so I don't do the inner lids just the outer, as that's meant to make your eyes appear larger.
