Okay, it's black, and it goes around your eyes and makes them "pop" rather dramatically. What is it though? Is it a powder? If someone wanted to buy it, could they just go into a store and say "Excuse me. Could you tell me where the kohl is?" Might they think you want to fire up your locomotive?
