I found a sweet chart that directly compares Night & Day, Acuvue Oasys, O2 Optix, PureVision and Acuvue Advance contact lenses. I hope someone didn't scoop me and posted this same link previously:

For Dk/t (a measure of how much oxygen gets through the lenses to the eyes) it lists Night & Day as the highest at 175. Oasys comes in second with a Dk/t of 147.
