It's been almost three years, soumyazee, so I guess I'll have to explain the "taco test" myself.
To perform this "taco test" you need to place the lens in he palm of your hand with the curved side down, so that it's like a bowl. Then you want to slowly close your hand so that the skin on your palm begins to pinch or grip the lens. If you lens is right side out, it will curl up and resemble a taco shell, with the two sides being parallel.
If the lens is inside out, when you grip the lens and fold it, the two edges will not be parallel, but will curve away from each other.
