What I was asking about though, was about actually putting eyeliner inside your eyelids, as in underneath, like between your eyelid and your eyeball.

At least that was the impression that I got. That sounds terribly painful. Why would anyone want to color the inside of their eyelid anyway?

That's kind of a silly question. Why would anyone want to inject dye into their skin or push metal pins through their earlobes, tongues and other places I won't even mention!
