Default Mixed up left and right lense

Hello everybody, this is my first post!
I feel such an idiot!!! I'm new to contact lenses, I'm still in my trial period and have mixed up my left and right contact lenses!

My prescription is
LEFT 8.7/14.4 +1.00/+1.50 N
RIGHT 8.7/14.4 +0.75/+1.00 D

How do I work out from this info which lense is for which eye? I swapped lenses around yesterday and found my right eye was blurred which I presume means I had the wrong lense in that eye. However, I know my Optician adjusted the right eye prescription because I complained about my distance vision being blurred.

Any other suggestions other than trial and error?
