Default Bausch & Lomb Purevision Diameter
I hear that Bausch & Lomb PureVision only come in one diameter. Why is that? Don't they know that they would sell a lot more contact lenses with a wider variety of diameters?

On a related note, can your diameter change? Can you be happy and seeing well in 14.0 diameter Purevisions and then have a problem seeing because your lens diameter changes?
