Most likely that is a protein deposit. Unlike dust and fingerprints that just sit on the surface of the contact lens, protein deposits are actually inside the structure of the contact lens.
The best way to get rid of these protein deposits is a cleaning system called "Clear Care." It works with hydrogen peroxide to really get those
contacts sparkling.
