Hi Katie. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. That didn't happen to me when I first tried my contact lenses. The doctor let me put my contacts by myself, and yes, it took me at least half an hour to put them on without the doctor's instructions. You'll get used to it after quite some time and you'll be able to put them on faster.
