Default Mine are about $300.00 a year plus exams

I went to daily disposables for a number of reasons and I did it so long ago I do not know how they compare in price.

I spend about $300.00 a year on the lenses (plus I always get a rebate besides). I don't have to buy any solutions. I get an annual eye exam and fitting that is a separate expense.

I like the convenience of not having daily regiments of contact lens care. I put in a new pair in the morning and take them out at night. If I lose a lens, it is no big deal. I am confident the cost of lost lenses is way less than the cost of solutions I'd need if I was cleaning other lenses. I think having a new pair every day is better for my Eye Health too as there is less chance for infection.
