I suppose if your doctor says its ok then go ahead and do as your doctor recommends.
My doctor says to take out my
contacts (
Frequency 55 Toric lenses) every night to have them in the solution as recommended for at least 6 hours. Mine are monthly. Six in a box for 6 months.
