Hi mbscmom,

thanks so much for your reply! I have sent one email complaint already to Ciba Vision, and today I actually called them. I spoke with a very nice woman on the phone and expressed my STRONG dissatisfaction with the new lenses. I asked if anyone else had called yet to complain, and she said she wasn't aware of any issues. However, the switch to Air Optix just happened in March (figures... if I'd gone to my eye doc a few weeks earlier I'd have been set for another couple of years at least with the old version), and so there probably hasn't been very many people using the Air Optix yet.

I'm hoping that once more people make the switch, there will be lots more complaints and they go back to the old version. However, for now I plan to return to my eye doc and start the process of trying other brands... ugh...

I knew this day would come at some point since no product is produced forever, but I'm just so disappointed. I know it seems trivial to be upset about something like contact lenses, but I just took it for granted to get up every morning and pop in my Focus Night & Day.
