I phoned them yesterday morning at 9am, spoke to a customer service person and was assured they had the Focus night and day in stock for my prescription (she told me they had roughly 500 boxes for each eye in stock). They have a buy now pay later plan where you only need to pay 15 days after the item is shipped, and since I was sort of weary if I'd be getting the old Focus brand I thought I'd choose this option. 5 minutes after speaking with the customer service rep I got an email sent to me confirming the order. Yesterday night I receive an email from them with a tracking number for FedEx and that the package would be delivered today. Sure enough by 5pm today my contacts were delivered and they were the correct Focus Day & Night and the right prescription. I'm blown away at their customer service and speed of delivery. I've bought a lot of things online but never ever had such a smooth experience. I can't recommend this company enough. I will be calling back tomorrow to order more!
