I once put a contact lens in thinking I had lost (dropped) the first one and then when I put the second one in my vision was very blurry so I took out the (what I thought was one) contact lens and two came out and once you have a little solution on your hand containing the two lenses they come apart very easily and there was no damage to either lens so I put one in my disinfecting solution and the other one I used. The next day I used the one I had put in disinfecting solution and both lenses appeared and felt fine when I used them one at a time! I am only a user of lenses for 3 months so I am not an expert and sometimes have mistakes like this one when I put two lenses in one eye! Not any time recently though and one quickly improves with practice.
