It's fairly well known that RGP
contact lenses such as
Boston EO are better for sharp, detailed, "hi def" vision. So I was wondering if anybody knew if this was the choice for astronauts.
Obviously, they need to see things clearly, especially the commander as he or she is watching those vibrating displays at launch as well as performing a supersonic approach for landing. One would think that hard
contacts would be the best choice, but how would they feel in microgravity?
