I read this neat trick that makes it easier to put in a thin daily contact lens like the 1 Day Acuvue.

Instead of placing the lens in the pad of your index finger, turn your hand to the side, as though you were about to shake hands with someone, and put the contact lens on the side of your index finger. It doesn't stick to your finger as much and won't tip so easily.
