I joined this forum just so I could post about this. I absolutely HATE the Air Optix lenses! They are NOT like the old Night & Day and I can't understand why they would have changed them. I wore Night & Day for at least 5 years and never had one single problem with them. In fact they are so comfortable I would sometimes wear them much longer than I should have. But these new Air Optix lenses are just horrible. I can feel them in my eyes almost all the time. They are hard to sleep in because when I wake up my eyes are so dry that if I blink the contacts can pop out! I've already wasted a pair because one popped out of my eye and I couldn't find it. I've also been getting more headaches lately and I have to keep eye drops with me at all times now. I never needed eye drops with the old ones because they never dried out! I just hope that what Flamenco said is true and Ciba is planning to go back to the old Night & Day. They were one of the best products I've ever used and I miss them so much!
