Those are some good questions, kyles. Now to try to answer them.

There's probably nothing wrong with having someone put your contacts in for you, but don't you think it would be better to learn how to do it yourself? If you're at school or at work and you accidentally drop one of your contacts, you don't want to have to call someone to help you get it back in, do you? You can do it.

As far as sleeping in your contacts, it's fine unless you're wearing 1-day disposable contact lenses. Don't sleep in those.
