Tera Tears Supplements

I can go through most days without having to use any drops. By the time I feel like I need drops, the jig is pretty much up and I start looking for my glasses. I can wear my lenses for about 12 hours before they drive me nuts enough to remove them. That's fine, though. My brain still hasn't adapted to low light and night driving. I have halos, star bursts around any lights, and glare to the point that I won't drive at night with them at all. I didn't expect perfection, so I'm happy.

Hi HMB Gal,
I saw your post and I thought I'd ask you about the "Tera Tears supplements" you mentioned. I thought Thera Tears were eye drops, but when you say "supplements" it sounds like some kind of capsule you would swallow. Is that what they are? Capsules?
