Your natural pupil tends to expand, so in non good light ambience, so if you wear custom lens with small pupil, you'll see blury and un-focus on the sides.
Also, when you wear a small pupil lens, you'll ended looking like an alien, doesn't matter how natural they are, as the moisted lens tend to move all the time and spin in your eye, so the "pupil" would never be centered. Result. You will look like any of those monsters, psycho in the movies.
