Has anyone here had a problem making the switch from Acuvue lenses to Acuvue 2? Some of my friends have said that the av 2 contacts get uncomfortable after a few days, far short of their advertised time of two weeks. Any comments or suggestions?

Hi mamacita,
(I sound like I'm flirting! ) From what I've been able to find on the Internet, Acuvue 2 contacts are made out of the same material as Acuvue contacts, but the design is a little different. They have been FDA approved to be worn over night occasionally. So much for the facts. As far as people's opinions, you'll have to get some from the others on this site, because I personally do not wear Acuvue contacts. I hope that helps you. Ragnarox |
