I've never tried Acuvue lenses, but I heard that they are good contacts for the beginner contact lens wearer. In particular I heard that they have a nifty little feature to help contact lens wearers not to put them in inside out. I heard that if you look closely at the contact lens on your finger, you will see the numbers "123" printed on the contact lens. If you see the numbers forward, you're good, but if the numbers appear backward, it means that it's inside out and you need to fix it before you put it in. That sounds pretty good, except I just thought of something. If you can't see because you haven't put your contact lens in yet, wouldn't it be hard to see a tiny number like that? Has anyone found this feature frustrating because of this? If you're nearsighted I guess you'd be okay, but if you wear contacts because you're farsighted, you might have a problem. Comments?
