When I started with contacts I used Acuvue, but a year later was switched to these. After looking around I noticed they were the cheapest ones available and wondered if that was why they were sold to me on my insurance instead of another brand.
I looked around because the Acuvue 2 seemed not too last like the original Acuvues. I had frequent deposits on the lenses and about every fifth one tore or had some gash in the lens. I am very diligent about cleaning and hanging them so it is not from keeping them on too long or not washing. I need to go back to get new ones soon and I was wonderign if anyone has found a good alternative that they can recommend? |
