Can anybody tell me what they think about Acuvue Advance for Astigmatism would be good for someone who has never worn toric contact lenses before? Are they easy to handle and are the comfortable? Do they stay in place well?
Thanks for answering all my questions? |

Um, you're welcome?
Acuvue Advance for Astigmatism is a good contact lens as far as being comfortable and comes in a lot of different base curves and diameters. On the other hand, it's rather difficult to work with. It seems to have a habit of curling up on your finger when you're trying to put it in. That and they tend to form lipid deposits. I suppose this would be a good way to teach beginners to work with a lens that's a little stubborn sometimes, but once that's sorted out, they're comfortable. If you're looking for something that's easier to handle, but not quite as comfortable when you get it in, PureVision toric is a pretty good choice. |
