Default Which Solution Works Best With Acuvue Advance?

I'm looking to gather some opinions here. Those of you who wear Acuvue Advance, which solution works best, in your opinion? Have you tried more than one brand? If you had to pick a second favorite, what would that be?

Thank you for your time and your help.

At the following address you will find a biocompatibility chart for the most commonly used lenses and solutions, that should help.

Well, I used Alcon Opti-free express at first for a month or two and then switched to Aquify at the suggestion of my doctor for the bacteria protection and must say I am very pleased with the Aquify over the Opti free. I think my lenses are cleaner, more comfortable and I don't use comfort drops as much as I did with the Opti free.express MPS solution. And if I do use comfort drops I also prefer the Aquify drops over the Opti free refresh drops.

Hope this helps you.

Miss Kitty

Thanks Miss Kitty, I've been using Alcon Opti-free for years and years. Over the last year or so, I've noticed a lot more build up in my eyes. I'll give Aquify a try. My doctor wrote me a script for some really great eye drops but they cost around $100 and my insurance wouldn't cover them. Maybe new solution will help.

Aquify and Clear Care are both great options. If you are like most patients, you are probably still using the same case you got with your last starter kit at your last exam. Aquify and ClearCare give you a new case with each bottle purchased, which helps reduce contamination of lenses by dirty cases.
