Default New here with some issues.

Well, where to begin. I was given the oasys in March while living in Japan. They took about 2 months to get use to. Then they were great. Fast forward to this Oct. we moved to CT. My contacts have become so dry and my eyes so blood shot (I look like I have been partying it up for days on end, redness). I feel like I am having to peel them off my eye balls at the end of the day. Now this dryness is only after about day 2 of new contacts. The first 2 days nothing. No dryness, no redness. I have tried every contact wetness and lube there is. I am wondering if it would be better to just suck it up and go get a new exam and try some new lenses. Any body else have this problem with oasys?

So you haven't seen an eye doctor since March, correct? Normally people see their eye doctors once a year, but in your case I think another appointment is in order as soon as possible.
Another thought is that since you moved from Japan to Connecticut, it's possible that something is different about the way the lenses are made and/or packaged in those two places.

The lenses were ordered from Lens.com and I ordered a years worth. Haven't bought any here in the states yet. I was thinking that I need to just suck it up and go in for an exam. Bleh...

I did a search and it seems that everyone is promoting Oasys contact lenses as the best thing for dry eyes. It's a shame that they're so dry for you.

Okay, this section is for Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism. Is that what kind you wear or do you wear just plain Oasys lenses?
