Lee I can't see thaty happening. It takes effort to get these contacts out of your eyes. I have the same issues that people speak of in the Acuvue Oasys forums, these things stick.

I haven't had any issued with them moving once they are set in place.

I have only been wearing them for just over 3 weeks, but trust me....they don't move

Yeah, they are designed to go with the gravitational pull of the earth, it's pretty hi tech actually. ^^

Woah, "gravitational pull of the earth"? You mean that the bottom of the lens is heavier than the top, so that part of the lens "sinks" into place? That doesn't sound so hi tech to me.

You're right, rusty. I checked that link and I learned that your eyelids are what keep these contacts on the level. Thanks for your help.

Here's the explanation from that site as to how ASD works. Now you won't have to leave Lens 101!

For astigmatism lenses to maintain clear vision, they need to stay in place. Many lenses for astigmatism are affected by gravity, and they can more easily rotate or shift out of position as you blink or move around. But ACUVUE® Brand's revolutionary Accelerated Stabilization Design (ASD) harnesses the natural pressure of your eyelids to help keep lenses where they need to be.

ASD was created by using high-speed filming and advanced computer modeling of how eyelids interact with contact lenses. ASD lenses feature four stability zones, instead of the single ballast zone of some astigmatism lenses, and are extremely thin on the edge and thicker in the middle. This unique lens slope has little interaction with your eyelids when open, and every time you blink, the motion of your eyelids helps keep your lenses aligned correctly. The result is exceptional comfort, unmatched stability, and crisp vision.

That's fantastically amazing! I should go to www,lens.com and buy a whole bunch! And so should you, kids!
