You are wearing Acuvue Oasys - right?

Check that your finger nails are smooth. Long or ragged finger nails are bad news for contact lenses.

What kind of Lens Case are you using? I had some problems with Biofinity lenses, which were probably due to the lens case. The barrel lens case, which has two baskets and sits inside a single contact lens solution container tends to damage lenses. Maybe the lenses get trapped in the lid of the baskets. Better to try a two compartment side by side case.

Lastly, if you have been wearing the lenses for many hours and they are a bit dry (even if they don't feel dry) when you pinch the lenses off the eye, you can crease them and this can be a future weak/stress point from which tears can start. Better to add a few drops of contact lens saline to your eyes a few minutes before you plan to take the lenses out and this will rehydrate the lens and reduce the creasing problem.

There is an alternative way to remove the lenses using the eye lids instead of pinching them out with your fingers. Probably a bit like removing RGP lenses, but it would be easier to have your eye care specialist teach you the method. Some people also like the sucker tool (I think it is called DMV or something like that. It has recently been discussed at length on this forum).

Did you ever watch the games show called "Name That Tune?"

With only 15 words to work with you figured out what engchai1993 needed to know. I hope he or she gets the help they need.

Yeah, I hope I answered the question, but may have gone off on a tangent

Just to clarify: When you say "tearing" you mean "ripping" right? You're not talking about your eyes watering?

Yeah, there's a difference between your contact lenses ripping and their making your eyes water.

It's just too bad the words aren't spelled differently.

Well we still don't know if engchai1993 was talking about "tearing" as in "ripping" or "tearing" as in "watering."
