Buying fake designer goods is legal, selling them is not. You can buy as many pairs of Adrienne Vittadini AV5040S replica sunglasses as you want, as long as you don't resell them.
Selling replicas using a trademark logo is highly illegal, even if you advertise your products as replicas and not the real thing. Most people selling replica merchandise think that as long as they don't try and convince consumers that the product is real, there’s no harm in what they're doing. If there’s no trademark logo, you're not committing an illegal act and you're free to sell the merchandise, as long as you have a license to do so. That's what I read anyway. Is it true? ![]() |
