Default Adrienne Vittadini AV 5026S Sunglasses' Even Tint

These Vittadini sunglasses have what I call an "even tint." That's different from a graduated tint because unlike the graduated tint, which is usually darkest on top and gradually gets lighter toward the bottom of the lenses, these sunglasses are the same darkness all across the surface of the lenses.

Do sunglasses with an even tint give you more sun protection that ones with a graduated tint?

I'm no expert on sunglasses, but I would think that darker lenses have more protective tint than a graduated tint and would, therefore an "even tint" would be more effective in protecting against sun damage than a graduated tint.

Thanks, Niner. That's what I thought.
