Default Adrienne Vittadini AV 5057S Sunglasses You Have to Have

Look at these beautiful sunglasses. They're Adrienne Vittadini. According to this website I found, they are a "must-have accessory."
Honestly, if I had a nickel for every time I've heard something was a "must have accessory" I could buy my own sunglasses company. Why do people say that? The word "accessory" according to dictionary.com means "a subordinate or supplementary part." How could something subordinate be a "must have"?

Am I over-analyzing again?

Yes, you're over analyzing again, Logopolis. With a name like that, I'm not surprised.

Some phrases are over used, and "must have" is definitely one of them. I can't help but wonder if the advertisers say that theirs is a "must have" product with a bit of a wink.

Could be. I hope they don't seriously expect me to believe that I "must" have anything . . . except maybe air, water and chocolate.

Yes, I agree that the essential elements to support life and air water and chocolate. I even saw a young lady this morning wearing a T-shirt that said "Will Work For Chocolate."

Do you suppose that young man will stop before he gets a tummy ache?

What concerns me is that some advertisers say that with no trace of a wink.

I remember a commercial where one of those beautiful models played the Mom of a teenage girl who said she would "die" if she didn't have a certain pair of shoes or something. Mom's reaction was "We'll miss her."

Yeah, of all the things that people say you "must have" I guess we can all agree that a mother is one of those things.

Yes, and Marge Simpson is a good example of a cool Mom on TV.

Bus driver Otto once said "Dude, your Mom is hot."

So that makes her cool and hot.

Unfortunately, Otto was talking to Homer at the time.

Yeah. Homer was so stoned he didn't say anything.

So . . . who out there "must have" the latest Adrienne Vittadini Sunglasses? Does it get any better than those 5057S sunglasses?
