Default No Rub Solutions and Air Optix Aqua
Have you ever used one of those "no rub" solutions to clean your contacts? Do they work as well as solution that you're supposed to rub?

No they don't, the market (eye care and manufactures) have now recommended that you rub even if it says No rub on the bottle removed 90% of protein and lipid with the rub alone
