Default Day/Night Wear

Hi Everyone, I had to join this forum so I could give my input on Air Optix/Astigmatism! I LOVE THEM!! I started wearing contact lenses about five years ago and had nothing but trouble until a year ago when I started wearing Air Optix/Astigmatism. All Other Contact Lenses just irritated me and my eyes, itched, dried out, etc. When my doctor switched me to Air Optix/Astigmatism it was like HEAVEN! I don't even know when I have them in. I've never ever had a problem getting them in or out and I see better than I ever have, including wearing regular glasses. I also have never had a problem wearing them 24/7. I will wear them all night on occassion, like when I forget I even have them in, or if I know I am going to be up in the night, (due to medical reasons). For the past few months I've been on a med that I have to take at 1am and it's so nice to be able to see without stumbling around looking for my glasses! These are the best, I would highly recommend them to anyone that wears contacts. My son switched to Air Optix a few months back, he works retail and is under lights all day, normally the lights dry out his eyes, not with Air Optix though. Thanks again, sorry this got so long Loving the sun once again in Arizona!

Thank you for that glowing endorsement, Arizona. I'm impressed that you see better with Air Optix for Astigmatism than you do with glasses. That's pretty unusual for contact lenses. They also work for your son, too. That's great.

Well, since you like those Air Optix so much, why not look around and see if you can answer some of the questions people have about them? There's also a section for sunglasses. Living in the Arizona sun, I'm sure you know a thing or two about sunglasses as well. Tell your son to sign up, too.
