Time for a little science lesson, kids.
Aw, don't be like that. It'll be fun, listen. Goggles fog up when moist air touches a cold lens. The water vapor condenses and forms the fog. If you have a good pair of goggles like Anarchy Smooth goggles, they have ventilation holes so that the lenses don't get cold enough to cause condensation. Try `em! |

However, I think you may be a little confused. That's okay it happens to me all the time. The ventilation in the goggles lets the warm, moist air near your face escape and so equalizes the temperature on either side of the lens. Right? |

Unless your breath condenses on them, like they do on glasses. |

Great picture, Frodo. I hate it when that happens.

Yes, this poor guy looks really cold.
Ironically, I'm posting this on a beautiful day in the Midwestern United States just before spring begins. |

That's an interesting point, Nursenancy. Where do Anarchy goggles go for the summer? Do they migrate to Siberia or maybe someplace in South America? Perhaps they do whatever the summer equivalent to hibernation is?

I would imagine people will either keep wearing them for summer sports like water skiing, or they'll probably put them in storage right next to their winter coat and ski poles.
